[Papadopoulou & Prantsidis, 1984-85, 30] Northern Thrace: Little Foot or Tripot has a 6/8 bar (3.3.). In each musical bar two steps are done (3.3.). The dancing motive consists of 28 steps (movements) from which 7 are done to the direction, the second 7 are done opposite and the rest 7+7 are done on the spot. There are variations with small differences in Thrace, where the dance is also called Tahti or Dahtirdi |
